- Knowledge and experience in using Health Management Information System (HMIS) to ensure smooth functioning of HMIS in BHEL Hospitals/Dispensaries.
- Providing timely professional advice/assistance/consultation in his/her field/appointment, which is verifiable in the form of reports or successful field level activities.
