Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the specific academic credentials and foundational guidelines outlined below:
- Educational Qualifications by Designation
- Office Assistant / Accounts Assistant / Zonal Assistant: Must hold a regular Graduate Degree from a recognized university. Candidates should possess functional familiarity with administrative, establishment, and basic accounting rules.
- Nursery Teacher: Senior Secondary (Class 12th) with a minimum of 50% marks, combined with a mandatory JBT or Nursery Training Course from a recognized institute. Must be competent to teach in both Hindi and English.
- Day Care Teacher / Booking Clerk: Minimum completion of Higher Secondary (Class 12th pass) or equivalent school standard. Good communication skills are highly preferred for the clerk stream.
- Caretaker / Peon: Minimum pass in Matriculation (Class 10th standard) from a recognized board.
- Nursery Attendant / Day Care Attendant: Minimum completion of Class 8th standard education.
Desirable Asset: Active working knowledge of basic computer operations (such as MS Office modules) is considered highly advantageous across all administrative and instructional positions.
- Age Boundaries & Monthly Honorarium
- Age Profile: The maximum upper age boundary generally ranges between 35 Years and 45 Years based strictly on the target post specifications. Standard age relaxation windows are provided to Ex-Servicemen and exceptionally experienced candidates.
- Monthly Remuneration: Selected staff will receive a fixed consolidated monthly honorarium allowance:
- Assistants (Office / Accounts / Zonal): Rs. 18,000/- per month
- Clerical & Caretaker Posts: Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 14,000/- per month
- Teaching Staff: Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 12,000/- per month
- Support Staff (Peon / Attendants): Rs. 7,000/- to Rs. 8,500/- per month

How to Apply Offline
- Download the Prescribed Form: Visit the official corporate portal of the society and download the official notification attachment containing the blank application format.
- Complete the Fields Carefully: Print out the application layout and fill in all requested fields, including personal profile indicators, contact metrics, and clear academic scores.
- Collate Self-Attested Photocopies: Create clear photocopy sets of your educational certificates, marksheets, proof of experience, and a valid photo ID card. Sign your name at the bottom of each sheet to self-attest them.
- Enclose and Address the Package: Place the completed application paper along with your self-attested documents and a recent passport-size photograph securely inside a mailing envelope. Ensure you label the top of the envelope cover with the name of the post applied for.
